Difficulty with Ancestry.com

Is anyone else having diffiiculty using Ancestry.com, I have found to begin with that I could not get on to the site, and now that the search facility is loading too slow. from Paul C

Yes I am having difficulty with Ancestry.com. Lets me in but then freezes my system completely saying illegal etc. What a pain as it is the only site to come up with the name I am trying to find.

Hi, I too had many problems with this site, and thought the computer was at fault until eventually a message came on screen saying that they were doing maintenance etc. Site seems to working ok now, but appearance has changed, however still same information available, just appears in a slightly different form! Re: cancelling the trial. My husband had the same problem with the cancellation mails 'bouncing'. He found a that a different email address for cancellation was quoted on the site and in his sign-up email. Double-check yours? Pauline

well tell me about ancestry.com,i wish i had never heard of them,ive tried to cancel my subscription with them,and cannot get through by phone,the number is not recognised,i have sent them 6 e-mails...i would not rec; them at all,rubbish!!!!!!
