David Laidlaw I had as 7yrs in 1891, I’ll have to go back and check that one! Wow a couple of new names to trace!!! I’ll have to go back to and try to find them. Re Matsons, 1901 the only Elizabeth (of the right age) living in Lancs/Cheshire was Elizabeth 60 Lancs Radcliffe living in Radcliffe, probably with Elizabeth 17 Lancs Radcliffe, Cotton weaver No Henrys in the area.

Angie, I understand that it allows you to see limited information from the 1901 census without having to pay but as I have a NT system at work and a Mac at home, nether of which are supported, I haven’t seen it in action so to speak.
