Georgina If its not too much trouble I'd love to take you up on your offer re my elusive Annie Elizabeth PRITCHARD. She was born 1862 Hereford ( calculated by the 1901 census) She married Albert Henry GLAZE b 1860 Birmingham ( calculated by the 1901 census ) Married in 1881 Solihull Alberts father is a Jeweller by the name of William GLAZE b 1836. It says Hereford is in England, but I'm pretty sure Ive read somewhere that it's in Wales at some point as they shift the counties around. Why have the govt got to fiddle with the bounderies? Genealogy is hard enough without the added confusion of which county borders which country ARGH!! |

Since yesterday I have now found the family on the 1901 census, still can't find the newly wedded couple on 1881 though. Would Hereford 1871 come under some other county maybe as close to Welsh borders? Any help or advise greatly appreciated thank you Much happiness Debi |

Geoff you angel All thoughs name my gran had given me ( Arthur A G GLAZE was her father ) so I know it's the right family. I can't seem to find a Birth entry for Annie Elizabeth nee PRITCHARD so was hoping a 1871 census would throw her up. However very happy with this info Geoff many many thanks. Much Happiness Debi |

Annie Elizabeth PRITCHARD b c1862 hereford ( according to 1891 Census ) She married a Albert Henry GLAZE in Solihull 1881. Annie and Albert aren't listed on the 1881 Census. Can anyone help me find her in 1871 please? Much happiness debi |
