Can't help directly but try contacting Hereford Record Office. I have found them to be very helpful at reasonable rates.

Does anyone please have access to the 1861 census for Hereford ? I am trying to trace record of family Amelia and James Parker, Eign Brook, All Saints Hereford, with a daughter Amelia aged 8yrs James was a shoemaker. thanks Gill
