my comp wnt let me access it,so please cud anyone lookup a marriage for rose north and robert emmingham bout 1897 in either lincolnshire or nottinghamshire.[rose from rockley,east retford-robert from aisthorpe] thanks.x |

Hi, looked up these two names on free bmd for the period Mar 1896 to Dec 1898 but found no records... sorry... even tried it in all counties, all districts not just the ones you gave. Tyne |

Hi Cherie, There is a marriage for Robert Emmingham in East Retford March Quarter 1897 vol 7b page9 The only other person transcribed at the minute is Millicent Rich, so they obiously have'nt finished transcribing for that year . Hope it helps, Jane. |

Free BMD shows marriage of Robert Emmingham March Quarter 1897 East Retford 7b 9. Rose North is not shown and it looks as though other details have not yet been entered. Notts Marriage Index shows the couple married 4th Feb 1897 at Gamston (Retford) |

I've checked with Scan2 (who are transcribing this info) and the page containing Rose just missed the last update. This is the information on her:- North Rose East Retford 7b page 9. So it looks as though the marriage has been found. Nes |
