There are three references to Pincher familes in West Brom 1851 as follows. The third one is very difficult to read from the scan and I would not have recognised the surname except that it is shown as Pincher on the seperate Index. Piece 2026 Folio 183 75 New Street William Pincher 48 Boat loader? Mary 41 Mary Ann 21 John 10 William 13 Joseph 9 Richard 7 Betsey 5 1-5 born Tipton 6-8 bor WB Folio 184 79 New Street Thomas Pincher 40 Boat Loader?
