Try ukroll.com. For £5 they will look up any name in the uk and e mail you every person living at present. You can state an area if you wish. They even provide phone numbers! Good luck.

a kind member called nesta did look up a wynne for me -i gave her the wrong first name!!It should have been NIGEL WYNNE possibly living on the wirral- merseyside-liverpool Does anyone have access to the electoral roll and how did you get hold of it!! regards fwg
