Hi Susan, Welcome to Manchester, that is the GOOD news. Now for the BAD- Manchester is divided in to district and I have just looked up Williamson in them all, there are 88 and that is going to take some searching, plus, the 1851 census is by no means easy to read in some places and impossble in others, this really makes your eyes water and my old eyes need a rest now and then. Is there anyway you can narrow it down? is there a district in front of M/C, like Hulme, Didsbury, Ardwick, Beswick,Newton, there are more. Have you ANY other information you can give me, please.
