FreeBmd now seems to have reached records up to 1905 or so, so you can look for the marriage between Lily harrison & mr Binns. Have a (free) search on www.census.pro.gov.uk to find the bride & groom, assuming a most likely age between (18-25) Look for a d.o.b for each on freebmd. Decide if you need any certificates. Look for parents of bride & groom in 1881. Pauline

Have you tried going on the www(.)familysearch(.)org and view the 1881 census free on the LDS site. You can also search the IGI index there as well. Please remove brackets from dots when typing in !! Margaret

Having trouble finding John Harrison or his daughter Lily. John born around 1855 and Lily around 1885 she may have a sister Ada. Born Yorkshire but not sure whether Doncaster or Dewsbury area. Lily Harrison married a Mr Binns probably around 1903/4? and her daughter Ivy Evelyn Binns born 1905 in Doncaster and died 1942 in Doncaster. Both John Harrison and Lily Binns (nee Harrison) died around Dewsbury area 1940's 1950's. Unable to get information as no family left to ask. Could someone point me in the right direction. thanks
