My great great nan was called Lilian Owen. She was probably born in East London and she married William Oliver who come from woodford in essex. They had four children edith, thomas, william, and lilian. I believe Lilian's parents were welsh and I would like to trace this further. Lilian I would say was born in the late 1800's and died at the age of 29. Please could any one help me?
