bailey family phillack hayle cornwall possilby highlanes address,all census for phillack seem to be either on cd held at records office, can't find any online thanks Jan |

Hi Janette, if this is right family,then we have William Bayley(Bailey) married Honour Yates 5/4/1835 Phillack. Honour Yates christened 29/4/1810 Phillack,parents William and Bridget,Honour has 5 sisters ,1 brother William Yeats(Yates) marries Bridget Thomas 3/6/1797 at Crowan,Cornwall. Hope this helps. John |

Hi Janette, glad to help someone as I seem to have come to a full stop in my searches.on IGI there is nothing for a william bailey(bayley),my ancestors couldn't spell either ,steeel changes to Steele,Illidge suddenly becomes Hillidge,maybe the census enumerators couldn't spell(some definitely had writing that no one can read),Did not check IGI any further back than Honour Yates's parents,there may well be more info there. |
