Hi Diana, Havent received your email yet. Kind Tracy gave me some instructions for dowlnloading,that was easy peasy,getting good now, but later it said time out cannot download. Ive asked tracy what the next step is, I dont want too many nice people wasting their time,and of course your good self. will wait for your email/ regards trish

If you go to www(.)adobe(.)com needless to say without the bracket, you will see on the left hand side two yellow 'boxes'. The first one......GET ADOBE READER......is the one you want. Click on that, you will then have to fill in STEP 1. Platform? which version of windows. Connection.....dial up modem or broadband? As long as the Download full version box is ticked you will be OK. You do not need the Photoshop, but can if you want to.

Trish - If you want to email me the attachments I can switch them to a more suitable file type

The problem sometimes occurs with older computers and more than one attachment. Try asking your friend to send you attachments one at a time and see what happens! Janet

Hi Tracy Hi James, Thank you for the info, Im giving myself a computer lesson here, No I do not have adobe reader, but the lady said i could download it for free, but only seen where it says download and have 5 free Adobe pdf files ,and then subscribe. Im tired out already,its good and exciting though. learning everyday. Whats the next step?,I cant wait for snail mail, regards trish

Trish., You could e-mail the lady back and arrange a time when you could lower your security wall and receive the attachment. However,what I would suggest is that you send the lady a s.a.e.,ask her if she would be so good as to print it off and use slow and boring,but safe "snail mail". Trish, What format was the attachment? Some format needed to be install to able to view some files (Like I did!)

Some kind lady has emailed me with attachments,I usually can,photos etc,but these 2 I cannot,Im waiting for this info,like an addict waiting for his first swig.Im getting the shakes.Haha.I only dringk tea/coffee I hasten to add. What am I doing wrong HelpHelp Help trish
