Hello Angie Thank you so much for your really kind offer. Please could you look up, if there are any parish records there, the marriage of my 6x ggrandfather, a John Barrett to a Sarah Whales. John was a blacksmith and I think they married around 1780, probably in a parish around the Gunthorpe, Walsingham, Wells on Sea area of Norfolk. Their children were baptised in Gunthorpe but haven't managed to establish date of John's marriage or his death -which I know was before 1838. His son Henry b 1800 (also a blacksmith) married but later was widowed. No idea who his first wife was. If you can find anything out about this family, would be really grateful. Jackie

Angela, If you have time, could you look up John Osborne, born 1849 or 1844 in Norwich. Cannot be any more specific than that other than he was a blacksmith. Please dont spend too long, I am sure you will have enough to do. regards John

Hi Angela If you have the time could you possibly lookup the baptism of this person for me. I have him on the 1881 census as James Arnold born Mundford Norfolk 1834. So far nobody can find him on the 1841/51 census i am beginning to think he was deposited by aliens!! I know he married a lady called Maria who was born Methwold Norfolk around 1836 must have married around 1863/4 their eldest child John was born around 1865 in Methwold. I would be really grateful if you could find any info on him for me. Kind Regards Sharon

Angela, If you can aaccess parish records I'd be very grateful if you could look up the birth of Henry Bartram. From the 1871 and 1901 census I have his birth as Dickleborough - but his date of birth flutters between 1824 and 1830. His father is Barnabus Bartam - woodman or carpenter. I'd love to find out a surname for his mother Frances and a more accurate birthdate. Brothers and sisters are William c1821, Caroline c1826, Susan c1830 and Richard c1833 (just in case that's any help) Many thanks Zoe

Hello Angela Could you see if you can find a marriage between Thomas William Page and Jane Spooner please? I think it would be sometime around 1865-1872. Thanks, Sandra

Angie I'd like to take you up on your kind offer for when you make your next visit be it next week or next month. I'm looking for info on George Charles HOSTE born c 1814 ( est yr from 1851/81/91 census forms.) Fakenham Norfolk. A Curate in occupation. Married ( i have no idea when but hope you may find out ) to Ann. I'm not sure of her maiden name but have it written in very hard to read writting it looks like BRENOBLEY - but I have never come across a single bit of info for this name EVER . I'm guessing it's wrong. George died in Sussex 1892. He and Ann had TEN children between the years 1848 - 1868. I would be interested in one of them called : George Henry HOSTE b 1851 Fakenham Norfolk just his birth. I have his marriage. There was a much posher George Charles HOSTE born around the same time and area as mine. But he died in 1845 and is associated to Burlingham Hall and mine is not. So it maybe easy to be confused with the 2. I do hope I haven't overloaded you. I fully understand if you don't have the time though and do hope you put your re search first. Thank you for the offer though. Much happiness Debi
