Hi, Rick again, I am looking for John White and family. I don't have any other information except that he may have been a vet. Cheers, Tricia |

Thanks, Rick, but my John White had a daughter in 1848 - don't think this one could have been quite that precocious! Thanks for looking, Tricia |

Dear Rick, Just contemplating that last reply of yours and bearing in mind that the ages can be 5 or so years out on 1841 do you reckon this John White could be the correct one. And, were this family living at the address I gave you earlier?? Because that would clinch it. As you can see, I am getting desperate, Regards, Tricia |

Hi Rick Can you please check 60, Cow Cross Street and 7, Great Guildford Street, Southwark. Hoping they are Baker's shops in the name Rowley. Many thanks for your help Lesley |

Tricia, The adult ages are normally rounded down to the nearest 5 years. Children have their ages recorded accurately. The houses are not numbered so I can't say if the address is correct - I searched the whole road and this was the only John White. Rick. |

Lesley, The Great Guildford Street house is numbered, but no Rowley there and it wasn't a baker's. There's no Cow Cross Street in Southwark, but I found one in Holburn. No Rwleys in the street. Rick. |

Chris, It's rare for the houses to be numbered - I normally have to search the entire street. Who are you looking for ? Rick. |

Thanks for looking Rick. Grrrr! It's the address given on the marriage certificate in 1837. They must have renamed it before 1841. Grrrr! |

Hi Rick, Don't know if this is enough information. Looking for a David Benjamin born 1815/16 or his family. All I know is that he was born the Strand. His first child wasn't born until 1848 and so hoping he is still with family in 1841 or family still in the Strand. If you can do anything with this would be most grateful. Georgina |
