Thanks Richard I just went for a quick look on freebmd myself and saw that one. Ann was christened 11.09.1825 so the age at death is out by a year or so, but we all know what they were like for forgetting their ages in those days don't we. I think it is most likely her. Cheers! Jeanette

Looks like Ann Nellist may have died the year after the 1881 census: Deaths Sep 1882 Nellist Ann 55 Scarbro 9d 247 Richard.
