Just received an email from 1837 online, apologising for the error, they have kindley reimbersed me for credit's lost, adding to which they are going to look for me to see if they can find what i'm looking for from the missing 2 volume's Fair play to 1837 online Shan

Just emailed them, click on report fault dont put a message go to bottom of page click where it say's report other problems, direct's you auto to email. now just waiting for reply. If you do mail them in the first box it state's they will not answer Shan

Its a 'new' thing that I noticed the other day ... on the main board, that the page opens up on .. there is a button that says 'Report Image Fault'. I haven't used it 'yet' so not sure how it works or what to expect ! Let me know if you ever do ... would be worth knowing in advance what to expect !! Elaine :-)

Shan What name were you looking for, as the indexing is in Alpherbetical order and they follow on so some pages will start bul and finish bun a page or two later and not always at the bottom, next qtr bun could start anywhere. Have you seen the indexing in London this would help you understand how it works. Sorry if you know all this just thought I would see if I could help. Irene

Yes, upto 2001 but they have problems with the odd page !! If you e.mail from the page that has the problem they will give you an explanation. Elaine :-) PS . You can keep an eye on the actual page numbers see if they follow on from each other !

Hi all, just been going through 1837,and came up with this 1852 jul-sept bum-bun then bun -bun then it goes to oct-dec bul-bun then bun to bun,all previous years and qtr's back to 1840 after bun-bun it goes to bun - bur, could it be likley that there are some volume's missing as i was halfway through a name and it went on to the next qtr Puzzled Shan
