Hi Pamela I'd be grateful for more info on my Laird family (that are listed on Ancestory as 'LAND') and Browns - they all lived together in 1901, I think. I only found them last night but couldn't print anything out as I'm not a member! The names I need are: Richard Brown/Mary Ellen Brown (both listed as R Brown and M E Brown)/Daniel F Laird and others. All are in Barrow in Furness, Lancashire at 1901 census. Thank you so very much for your kind offer. Regards Patricia

Pamela, This might be too much of an ask as I'm sure sure you're not that bored ! I'm looking into the name Stanning in Devon / Lancashire to find possible links. Ancestry have the following indexes : Lancashire, England: Parish and Probate Records 23 Pallot's Marriage Index for England: 1780 - 1837 17 Devon, England: Parish and Probate Records 10 I know it's quite a few records but I'd love to know what they all are, I will understand if it's too much, so don't worry. Esta :)
