Wouldn't it be best to get the birth certificate for William Howe? Interestingly on the 1861 census, the family that I mentioned have two of their children reversed. William is now given as 13 born Colchester and their son Samuel who was 3 on the 1851(born Colchester) is now given as 16 born Mannigtree. Sara |

There is a William Howe age 6 in St Peter Colchester with parents William and Sarah. He was born Manningtree which I think comes under Tendring. Sara |

The Edward and Lucy I am looking for was married in the Tendering district in 1843. Lucy's maiden name was Howard. What I am actually trying to do is discover the parents of a William Howe born in Colchester in 1846. I think I have been putting two and two together and making 5!!! |
