crista all i know is harold was born 15/01/1901 (it also says that date on death cert) harolds brothers and sisters were elsie nora dorothy leslie ronald and frank. samuel may have lived in great baddow essex also loftin way chelmsford at some point. possibility of purfleet too thank you all for trying so hard for me x

Could be he was registered under his mother's name. His parents might not have been married. Might be worth trying to concentrate on Nora(h). That is the least common of all the names. Crista
