Vera Agree totally! And calling him WHAT is mild compared to some of the things I call him. Couldn't they have chosen somewhere other than London to live....at least then it might have been easier to search! Lou |

Hi Lou, Thanks for that. Sorry for calling him a what :-) There must be something about the name George that also stands for mystery...I have an elusive George as well actually at the moment a 'brickwall'. These ancestors don't make it easy. Regards Vera |

Cheers Tilda Starting to think dear George wasn't London born. And given that I can't find him in 51 and he had the cheek to die before the 1861 I'm pretty stuck with him! Lou |

Hi Vera Afraid I don't have a great deal on these people at the moment! All the children were baptised at St Mary St Marylebone church so is St Mary a parish??? The address given on daughter Sarah's marriage cert in 1850 just says Hall Park Lou |

Not sure whether this is enough information but looking for THOMAS HOOPER with wife Harriet. Not sure how old they would be but children could be Sarah Ann (20), Frances (18), Emily (16) and Edward (14), Thanks Lou |
