Many thanks for replying. I do have a marriage certificate for Mary Elizabeth Lewis, she was married in 1915 to a John James McAdam in West Rainton, County Durham. Going off what my grandfather has told me, Mary Elizabeth may have been born in Canning Town of London, the only birth that comes near is in Holborn. This is all the information I have on Mary Elizabeth and John Lewis, her father. Any help greatly appreciated. Regards, Ben.

I cannot find a Mary Elizabeth with John as father on the 1901. Do you have any more information on either mother or father or other family member so i can pinpoint her- there are rather a lot of likely ones to check every family! Alice

Could someone please help me with a look-up in London. I'm searching for a Mary Elizabeth Lewis whose father's name is John Lewis, she was born approximately 1896/7 and have a possible district of Holborn for a birth register. Could anyone help with this information please? Regards, Ben.
