Hi Dawn Thank you for the info but unfortunately I have no credit card to order online and have to pay 8.50 per certificate and send to Southport. I do appreciate the help though thank you Regards Maureen |

Maureen When you order online they ask if your have ref number or not so I'm sure you should be able to do it with District and Quarter and Year, Ring them and ask before you plump for the birth cert as you need the additional info of fathers. I'm sure they'd be helpful. Dawn |

Hi Everyone Thank you for looking for me I really appreciate it I think I am going to have to go for his son's birth certificate instead of the marriage certificate as the main info I'm after is the wife surname and that will be on their son's birth certificate. Only trouble being that I won't get their Father's names. Regards Maureen |

Moe Can't understand this we seem to have different pages. My search parameters are for Fitchett Thomas Mar 1855, and the person at the top of my page is William Fitchell or Fitchett, It is transcribed as Fitchell but there is a lack of a cross on the first 't' so it could be either. Victor |

No victor, jan feb march first name on the top of the page is fishwick john the one you see is just below the one i'm looking at although mine has one t? or L? it fits in with marylebone MOE! amended; sorry victor i thought you were talking to me when you asked if this was the one i was looking at DOH! |

Maureen, it looks more like FILCHEL or FILCHAL there are no crosses on the L for it to be a T and its 1a and either 333 or 353 can't see it any clearer than that sorry MOE! I will amend this message i just had another look and MANCHESTER has no crosses on the T so it looks like MANCHESLER so you were right first time |

Hi I've lost the ref for this marriage and need to send off for it tomorrow. Please can someone spare a 1837 credit to look up 1855 march I think for Thomas Fitchett. I would be so grateful .
