I've lost a guy. Can you find him? Harry Lee Ellam, b.1885 Liversedge. Father died pre-1891. Mother Caroline, b.1833 Huddersfield/Mirfield. I have all his siblings, but he's not with any of them.

Where is Liversedge please? county? have you found mum/ was he a Harry or Henry?

Sorry Jess, it's near Dewsbury, Yorkshire. I can't find Caroline either. In 1891, he's Harry. His daughter said he was always Harry too. (Just found Carolines death in 1895)

Yes, that's them. I'm wondering if Caroline really was Harrys mother. He had my aunt when he was 60 though, so anything possible lol

Men often carry on but Harry may have been one of her daughters children who she brought up as her own. Someone looked up the oldest mother the other day but I cant remember what it was Deborah

Even that may not tell you,especially if they took on the baby of one of their young daughters,they didnt always tell the truth in them days and it was easier to hide as babies where born mainly at home Hopefully it will though Deborah

Yep, that's him :) Clara died in 1900. Ann married in 1893.

Seems too much of a coincidence not to be Harry and J and L in old writing is pretty similar. He was born in the right year and 8 years before her marriage to Mark Deborah
