Is Edwin the child who was 1 month old on the 1871 census, son of Edwin and Maria? If so, although they state he was born in Middlesborough the family were living in Linthorpe, Yorkshire in Stockton registration district and there is an Edwin Pearson birth listed in March quarter 1871 Stockton 10a 86 |

Don't think they're the same ones Jim. I don't have any Phoebes and most of mine were from Darlington before coming to Middlesbrough. |

Can anyone find these births? Edwin (aka Edward) Pearson, born 1871, Middlesbrough (or so I thought!) Joseph Pearson, born 1873, Middlesbrough Their older siblings were born in Darlington, and I have found all them. The younger ones were born in Middlesbrough. I have checked both Darlington and Middlebrough for these two, but I can find them. Please help me. I'm going mad! |
