No luck with the Guests either There are records for Bolton and there are 2 Abraham Guests but neither with an Elizabeth and son Thomas. The only Thomas about the right age is with parents Benjamin and Elizabeth and several other children Maddie

Hi Joan The index is nowhere near complete, I think I located about 5 of mine on it, about 30 not yet listed. As for whether there is a seperate index for Middlesex, I couldn't tell you. It may be that yours have not been added yet or are mistranscribed. Possibly someone else may know whether there is a different index for Middlesex Maddie

Hi Sue Several John Myers but most of them are alone. The ones who are with other people of the same surname don't have a Frances with them Maddie

Hi Netti I'll risk it if it helps lol! Sorry, loads of Ames on the index but no Henry with a Catherine and the only Louisa is aged 5 with parents Samuel and Maria Maddie

Hi Madison Thanks for the kind offer. Any info on the HUCKS family living in London in 1841 would be appreciated. Christiana HUCKS b. 1815 approx, her children Sarah HUCKS b. 1832 approx, James b. 1834 Christiana b 1831 & William b. 1841. Her husband may have been James HUCKS. Sarah was born Battersea St. Mary, London. Thanks again, Joan

Hi Madison, Thanks very much. I'm looking for John Myers aged abt 40ish in 1841, and his daughter Frances MYERS(aged abt 15-19, and possibly a wife of the same name. They were in Garden Rd, Poplar in 1844 when Frances married William HUMPAGE. Any info would be great. Thanks, Sue (in NZ)

Hi Alison We have a Margaret and John Rowles on the index in Warrington but she's 58 and he's 37, there's a George aged 18 at the same reference number. I'm assuming they're not yours but in case you want to check if the ages on the index are accurate, the reference is HO107 2203-3 pg 590 Maddie

Hi Rosalyn They're the pages that the full information can be found on the census discs, not actually having the discs myself I'm not totally sure how it works, sorry! Isabel is offering to check the references I've found against her discs for people Hi Isabel That would be brilliant of you as long as its not going to get you into trouble as well if they start kicking my butt for this! don't want to get you in trouble but can you spot Louisa Ames born 1817 so aged about 24 also Henry Ames about 21 probably with wife Catherine both in London - probably east end thanks netti x

Hi Rosalyn These two look your best bet to try first William Hicks aged 18 with mother Hannah and a 7yr old Robert. Holborn Division H_675-1 pg123. William Hicks age rounded down to 15 with parents Richard & Elizabeth and a Jane Hicks, age also rounded down to 15. Holborn Division H_686-4 pg21 Maddie

Hello, 1851 lancashire look up- Could you look up a Margaret rowles and husband john rowles both aged around 86 in 1851, both born manchester, and should be living in manchester or possibly warrington! in 1851. Hope you can help! Alison

Hi Isabel Thanks for the warning, I'm aware of how awkward they can be over their indexes. This is a 'tonight only' offer while I'm bored sitting here at work and failing miserably to get anything to enter into this new tree builder the site have introduced, so lets hope I can get away with it and help a few people in the meantime! Hi Susan Only 2 William Leemings on the index, one aged 5 in Bolton and the other aged 6 in West Derby. You don't say how old your William will be. Any use to you? Maddie
