Have had no joy with my Golder family before 1881 - they lived in the St Julians Parish of Norwich, Norfolk. The Family are: HENRY GOLDER (1831) SARAH (wife 1832) Children : GEORGE (1855) LOUISA (1862) CHRISTIANA (1865) HARRIET (1867) and CHARLES (1872) |

Hi Heather!! They were all born in the parish of St Julians, Norwich. Cannot read Henrys Job on the census! It looks like 'Coalporter' ??? Thanks Kim x |

Hi Elaine!! 10 year old Henry Goulder looks VERY LIKELY, as I have seen that spelling of Golder before in the family! Heather - going by the IGI my Golders were in Norwich from the 1700s - so dont think the Suffolk ones are mine. Thanks for looking girls!! Kim x |

Fiona - You are an Angel!! Have searched for AGES for my Golders on 1861 census! (Even joined Ancestry specially to find them) Your searching skills are better than mine! Should have put in the place instaed of the name!! GOLDER _ GOULDEN??? Was the census taker Deaf or summut?? Thanks so much - Did you get this info from Ancestry? If so I can print off the original.
