Hi, Can you help me please. Im trying to find some information on my Husbands Great-Grandfather. He was Thomas Henry White, and when he married Kate Hadfield in 1909, he was 26. His father is on the marriage certificate as George Henry White, a farmer, and they are residing in Glossop - but no address!! Ive been trying for ages to find this gentleman on the 1901 census, and thought I would break my brick wall when I got a copy of the marriage certificate, but Im no better off - can you help? I thought he must have been born/raised in Glossop, Derbyshire, because he was a Policeman there, but now Im not too sure! Thanks, in advance, for all your help! Steph x
