Thanks for your kind offer Holly, My wifes Gt Gt Grandfather (George Albert Frohock) was born in Lincoln in 1862. We've only just ordered his Birth certificate, so don't know the parents as yet? Are there any Frohocks in Lincoln in 1861 census. All we know is that they hail from Cambridgeshire. Kind Regards Richard

I know the family were living in 1857 4 Clifton Road ,St Pauls Deptford when Sophia Mary was born as I bought the birth cert to help find them in 1861. Father Bernard Cochrane a soldier or a groom of Scotish origin & Mary Theresa Fitzgerald ,Mother from County Cork,Ireland. 1851 : Mary Fitzgerald ,23,single, Female servant, living at 1 St James Place,St Pauls, Deptford,Kent. HO107/1584,folio 1- 405,pg 96a ? 1871: Mary Cochrane, (transcribed Cocksane),42,Head,Charwoman,Ireland Hannah Cochrane,20,Born Woolwich,Kent Alfred Cochrane,17,bn Deptford,Surrey Sophia Cochrane, 14, bn Deptford,Surrey Living in St Pauls,Deptford RG10/741,pg 19,folio 126. 1881 Living in St Pauls,Deptford & 1891 the same. Patrick ,Head,Married,40,Tea Dealer,Ireland Sarah,wife,married,28, Ireland John,son,12,scholar,Lancashire,Liverpool Peter, son,10,scholar,Lancs,Liverpool Catherine,dau,5, Lancs Liverpool Sarah O'Brien,siter,u,22,House Servant,Ireland. Missing from 1841 & 1861. Have them on 1851,71, sarah a widow living with daughter Mary Ellen on 1881& 91. Sarah on her own with grandchildren 1901. 1871 living in 61 Bostock St,Liverpool, St Matthews. RG10/3757,pg 10. Sarah O'Brien, head,46,Shop Keeper,Fairy,Ireland (think this should be Kerry,Ireland). Rose Ann,dau,16,Domestic servant,Liverpool,Lancs Sarah,dau,12,scholar,Liverpool,Lancs Mary Ellen,dau,10,scholar,Liverpool,Lancs Edward,son,7,scholar,Liverpool,Lancs.
