i am trying to find the siblings of--mary graydon born25/02/1925 halifax w/yorks her parents was walter graydon-1894 and ethel graydon unknown dob. both born in halifax also. i do know she had a twin called jessie born 26/02/1925 and another sister called olive. they was more siblings but carnt seem to find them. thimk they lived at edward street halifax not to sure. thanks to all.

Look at the birth entries on 1837online. All the siblings will have the same mothers maiden name at the side of them ....... this way, you will find all of them and more besides IF there are others ! Elaine ;-)

Hi Tracey The only way you will be able to find them is if you trawl through the birth indexes on one of the pay per view sites. Search for Graydon births with mothers maidens name. Suzanne

yes parents was walter and ethel,both born halifax, they had a set of twins mary and jessie and they also had more children, sorry for the delay was of serching.

Walter Graydon married Ethel Hartley June qtr 1917 Halifax 9a. 794 ... MARRIAGE cert will give Ethels AGE in 1917 and Walters age and BOTH Fathers names and occupations. No children showing upto 1920.

Jessie and Mary both registered in Halifax June qtr 1925. MOTHERS MAIDEN name is BROWN ...... So need to find an alternative marriage ...... I think Ethel MAY have been married BEFORE Walter ... any chance of it ? ..... This might explain a few things: Marriages Sep 1912 Brown Ethel (Hartley) Halifax 9a 923 Hartley Charles (Brown) Halifax 9a 923 So Ethel Hartley who married Walter Graydon in 1917 ... was married BEFORE !!!!!! Ethel Brown was married in 1912 to Charles Hartley. Either marriage cert will give the info you need. still looking for Olive though ..........
