Oz Bird. I believe so that they are convicts that was transported to Tasmania or Van Diemans Land as it was known, or possibly they may have came to Sydney then to Tasmania. If I find out different I will let you know. |

Hi I have added other names to list. Helen I dont think that Charles Catchpole would be a convict as they stoppped transportation in 1854. However Mary Ann McIntoch's parent or parents may well be convicts. If you want me to have a look at that line let me know. |

Hello, I'm looking for a William Savage who got a 12 year sentance for Poaching. He served 7 of the years in Tasmania, and then requested his wife join him. (She refused) I think it was about 1838, but thats just a guess. Thanks a bundle. |

Hi Tassie Devil, that's okay. Thank you for your time to look it for me. I have contacted them last year (I think) through a Brick Trail website. I never got their reply yet. It looks like closed? I was planning to pay $50 for the brick trail of my great great great grandfather. The website was http://www(.)convictbricktrail(.)com/ Regards, Steven. |
