I';ve just searched 1851 for every Bromley born 1829 +/- 5 years in Staffs. There are no results. Checked every Dale with same criteria .... none who may be Bromley misspelt.... Seems he didn't register .... He may not have been in England, I didn't check Wales/Scotland/Isle of Man/Channel Isles etc. Maybe someone else will have luck in those area's.....
