Hi, I am looking for Rev, Herbert Hampson residing in Newtown Linford, Leics. I assume he would be at the rectory/vicarage at the time of the 1891 census. Thank you. Liz

I think we need more details please - age / other people who might be with him ? I can only see 2 Herberts Hampson in Leics both are sons( born 1867 and 1889 ! )

I am not too sure as all I had to go on was the surname. There would be a daughter Lilian, Herbert the son and maybe a Harry! It's Lilian I'm after and haven't much detail about her either! born around 1888, married Rev Cornelius Thompson who had married before to a lady called Emma. You can see how I'm chanllenged! Liz

Lillian was supposed to have been born in Coalville area but I can't see her. Liz

You could look for a MC of Lillian and Cornelius Thompson - this would then give more clues to find her in the census........You need more details and this would help :)...........Esta
