These will give you more info on the people you are researching Birth: DOB parents names, Address at time of birth and fathers occupation,Ages Marriage Both peoples fathers names (if there is one) their jobs father's occupations and address at time of marriage The certs cost £7 each~ but you do need these to clarify that the people you are researching are correct |

So best to start with this cert Marriage: Lillian Farr...............Henry Lowth Nottingham 3rd qtr 1940 GRO ref: volume 7b page 1323 To get Lillian and Henry's fathers names to go back further then you have Henry's birth cert ref Birth Henry Lowth Newark 2nd qtr 1911 GRO ref: vol 7b page 548 Which seems to be the right one according to Death ref birth month fits Death: Henry Lowth ......................( b 05/04/1911 ) Registration dist: Leeds May 1993 District no: 0921H Reg No: H4C Ent No: 145 Dor : 593 |
