hi esta shoul have made my self a bit clearer i mentioned robert burnell to tie in with any links on rebecca as confirmation it was correct person,have only just been given this info from a hot match now i can send of for narriage cert.

so have you found them on later census as a married couple ?......I only asked as it would have given details for rebecca etc...to try and find her before her marriage. Do you have the MC ?

esta they had already been found ,up dated message because had no reply to searle as i had been given scarl as maiden name thankyou for looking any way orig request had been there fo a while.

Hi FOR REF: original message was Robert Burnell & Rebecca Scarl had son John b:1853 Somerset area..... I (LOOPY LESLEY) have since found Rebecca's Maiden name to be SEARLE Lesley :~)

I found this on 1851 from Bridgewater Rebecca is discribed as a labourer's wife. Rebecca Burnell abt 1822 Hemyock, Devon, England Visitor Bridgwater Somerset View Record Sarah J Burnell abt 1851 Bridgwater, Devon, England Visitor Bridgwater Somerset I have also found Rebecca's christening on IGI in Hemyock parents William Searle and Betty.31st March 1822 I notice Hemyock has its own web site where you can leave details of family history requests and some nice photos.

lol lesley he must of been a ghost donner he was my ggg grandad, its mainly rebecca searle i want now couldn find her before cause looking for wrong namwe she would have been born around 1930s i guess to have a son in 1853, can you see any thing on her thanks for your help xx

HI----HAVE FOUND---ROBERT BURNELL D.O.B. 1852. IN THE 1861 AND 1881 CENSUS. IN 1881 STATES HE WAS BORN IN DULVERTON SOMERSET. RESIDENCE IN 1881 --WAS --PARSONAGE, SOMERSET. HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING YET FOR REBECCA. HOPE THIS HELPS. CHEERS AND HAPPY HUNTING!! PAM.
