Can anyone help with this mystery please? Leonard Scutt was born in 1820 Poole Dorset. On Family search they came up with the 1881 Census He was unmarried and a Game keeper at the time. I cant seem to find anything else, I am trying to find out who his parents were and any siblings if any. Any information would be welcomed pleeeeeesssse, thanks Val

I had a look at Dorset online parish clerk project and found several Scutt burials for Affpuddle and reference to a couple of Scutt wills. also found 1841 census William Scutt 45 Mary Ann Scutt 40 Elizabeth 7 Fanny 4. William is a farmer in Hilton. He seems to have been the census enumerator so the details should be accurate

Valerie - Excuse me for saying so, but if you already had the 1851 census information which gave details of parent & siblings why on earth did you say 'I am trying to find out who his parents were and any siblings if any' in your original request?

No Jools I hadnt got them on the 1851 Census atall, I said in the family search site they came up with him in the 1881 Census lol or i wouldnt have been asking lol.
