Michael If the 1851 turns out to be right then the 1861 for Sarah off Elaine as a Servant is the same Lady as she is not with that family in the 1861.....Just for reference :~) Good luck with working it out Lesley :~)

Thanks Lesley. Not sure now if I've got the right person. The one I'm after I think married a William H Lewin In, I think, 1868. Sarah A Lewin in 1881 is shown as born in Goadby in 1849 and somewhere along the line I've got her down as born in 1850.

Found these 2 in 1861 Sarah Ann Palmer abt 1849 Hallaton, Leicestershire, England Daughter Hallaton Leicestershire Sarah Ann Palmer abt 1851 Coalville, Leicestershire, England Daughter Whitwick Leicestershire no idea if they are close to Goadby !
