Sorry, Edward married Louisa Chase in Bethnal green, middlesex, london. & another Edward married a Louisa Thatcher but I don't know where they married only that edward was from kensington,london & louisa thatcher was from tedworth,hampshire.

Yes I think they are 2 edward's marrying 2 different Louisa's but didn't know which 1 could be my g.dad's parent's, my g.dad was arthur charles simmonds born abt. 1888 & all i know is his father was edward simmonds or simmons.

Arthur's marrige cert. say's he married in 1913 aged 23 & his father edward was a engineer but I think that could mean any trade that you were qualified at do you?

My dad was born bethnal green, I know it doesn't mean his parent's were born their but the bethnal green 1 look's good. But then we don't know if they had a son Arthur charles.
