Lisa, marriage references always have 2 brides & 2 grooms per page, earlier marriage references have 8 names per page. Then you have to discover who married who. Georgina.

Yes he married Mary J Davies in Swansea in Dec 1898 but that is all I know. I also know they had children but I can only seem to locate 3 of them dont know if there were more

Hi Georgina, I do have this info already but thanks anyway. At the time of the Census Albert was in the Boer War. Im trying to find when he was born so perhaps I can find him on the 1871 census as a baby with his family.

I dont have the marrage cert. I was told basic info from family members and have searched what I knew by using Ancestry. I think I need to order one, it will make things alot easier....thanks for your help...Lisa xx

hiya, if your ordering online, please only use GRO site, only cost £7 others have used other sites and paid £50 for cert that really costs £7, google gro and is second hit down, please also can you delete the other request on thread as its confusing when you have two up with same request, many thanks Julie

Thanks for that Julie, ive got a few I need to order. I would of had a heart attack if they charged me £50 per one. I think there may be something wrong with this PC. I couldnt find the first thread I listed so I added a new one then I found it. I did delete the second one but for some reason its on there again...really sorry didnt want to confuse anyone
