I feel like something of a pest, but trying to find Florence Turner and her family is getting a bit frustrating. Sorry to keep asking everyone.

Reg - no, I haven't managed to trace her birth yet. I hoped the marriage certificate would let me find her in the 1901/1891 censuses and then I could pinpoint her birth more precisely.

The date of the marriage was April 17th 1906. Florence's age is given as 21.

There's a Stoney Hurst Road in Erdington, Bham, these days. Maybe that is the right family..?

The 1901 address for the Turner family was 5 Wrantham Street - so that doesn´t help us !

William Edward Harvey and Ethel Rosina (?) Jones were the witnesses. It was at St David's Church, Birmingham. She was 21, no profession given. The address is something like 13 Court 8 House, Hurst Road. I only got it this morning so haven't quite deciphered it yet.

Well, I have Florence's marriage cert from 1906, and her father is Richard Turner, publican, but I would have thought she would be with her parents in 1891. Hmmm.

Sorry, I don't know where Florence was born (no birth cert yet), but she could well have been a servant. I will note it all down. Could anyone find her in the 1891 for me? It might confirm her identity.

I'm looking for a Richard Turner age 46, beer retailer, in Birmingham. He was born in Erdington. Hopefully he should have a daughter called Florence aged about 16? Many thanks.
