Hi Note slight difference in surname spellings.... There is only 1 Ada ( Bassindale ) in 1871 b:1865 Wroot Lincs...Living in Notts.....BUT her father is ROBERT... There is an ADA ( Bassendale ) b:1869 Hepworth Lins in 1871 but she living with Grandparents in Salford..there are also 2 sisters with this Ada named Elizabeth b:1863 & Louisa b:1860 On her marriage cert does it say John's occupation please? Lesley :~)

im not asking for anyone to look for my nan as we couldnt find her but i think i i may have found her dad,she was ada mary bassindale and on her marriage cert her dad was john now she was born 1869,this is what i found john bassindale abt 15 march 1827,belton in axholme,lincoln father edward bassindale mother elizabeth bassindale do you think im right in thinking he was her dad thank you
