1891 - found her at last - telling porkie pies though! martha warwick indeed! Ann Sheppard abt 1830 Ipswich, Suffolk, England Head St Margaret Suffolk Ernest G Sheppard abt 1890 Ipswich, Suffolk, England Son St Margaret Suffolk Martha Warwick abt 1868 Woodbridge, Suffolk, England Boarder St Margaret Suffolk Ernest hasnt been correctly transcribed - is says son ( in relation to Ann) although clearly he is Martha's son. * interesting to note their is also a HARRIET HART (E) at the same address

Its George Ernest W Hart's that you need to order . Percys wont tell you who (George) Ernests dad was.

Don't know if his father was named George. The only way to find out is to order a birth certificate for Percy, brother to Ernest and we shall see what we will see! Thanks for the real detective work Jess if it works out right we've solved a family mystery. Gail

A birth that might well be ''ERNEST'' - given that we suppose george was his father Name: George Ernest W Hart Year of Registration: 1890 Quarter of Registration: Apr-May-Jun District: Ipswich County: Suffolk Volume: 4a Page: 811 My Guess is that the W stood for WARWICK - all guess work though

It is what i guess ( and only a guess ) as to martha & mr warwicks marriage.- Was his name GEORGE?? if this is the case, Ernest was born before they were married

address is Lime Grove rd martha is married and for her occupation it says husband in T.....l sorry can't work out what it says properly !! am struggling with 1891 at the minute though 1
