If anyone could help me search for this childs birth or death record that will be great

You can search either the partial images, or the complete ones for free on http://www.ancestry*co.uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx (replace the * with a dot) but be aware that although bmd's were supposed to be registered from 1837, they didn't really crack down until the 1870's so many people didn't bother Linda

How will i find this childs death ?

I read it to mean Not Known Banks as if she was only 5 days old they may not have named her. As she's not around in 1851 - at least not with direct family - it seems likely that she died before 1851. Jill

im confident the 1851 banks is right but the 1851 francis im not sure as everything i have on this family is around walworth surrey newington. I cant locate sarahs birth index to confirm year or area of birth.

Hi walworth is in surrey registration district newington this is where sarah francis married and had her children on cenus in 1871 and 1881 sarah's place of birth is also stated as walworth
