JUST to let you all know, especially Nana Anna :-)) that the Daniel Williamson = Jane Christiana Wilson Marriage 1854 WAS the CORRECT one !!......THANQ !!! I sent for that one ...AND Jane Williamson's marriage to Maurice Hallett in 1877 .and they match ! She has Father Joseph on BOTH certs - a Carpenter ... and she was a widow in 1877 when she married Maurice ... So I'm now looking for Daniel Williamson's DEATH sometime between 1864 (when Twins were conceived ) and 1877 (when she remarried as a widow). THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP xx Much appreciated Elaien ;-)

Well ...... the ONLY marriage of Daniel Williamson I can find is the one mentioned above .... to Jane Christiana Wilson (who was daughter of Joseph & Jane b 1833) have sort of traced them through the census's but again 1861 & 1871 census's are eluding me for THAT Wilson family as well. What's bothering me most ..is the name Wymark/Waymark ...the name Jane gives on Thomas's birth cert ... this indicates to me that she lived with/ or was married to a Wymark BEFORE she married Williamson ???? I'm lost :-(((( and I'm VERY hot and bothered :-)))) Elaine ;-)

Still can't find them together on 1871 ...or 1861 :-( 1861 SHOULD have them together surely .... even if Daniel Williamson was deceased when the Twins were born ... unless he's NOT the father !!! and she just gave hubby's name on birth cert .... Oh well :-( Elaine ;-)

Hi Reg, On the birth cert I have, it states: Father: Daniel Williamson Mother: Jane Williamson, late Wymark, Formerley Wilson Birth Cert: Thomas Daniel Williamson 24 Dec 1865 7.50am (He had Twin brother Joseph) I'm still trawling for marriage between Daniel Williamson and Jane Wymark/Wilson. I have considered that Daniel MAY have been Thomas Daniel ... Daniel Thomas ... or not Daniel at ALL !! :-))) Elaine ;-)

1881: Maurice Hallett 1849 Dorset Railway Porter Jane Hallett 1834 Marylebone Wife Joseph Williamson 1866 Marylebone (Twin) b Dec 1865 Thomas Williamson 1866 Marylebone (Twin) George Hallett 1873 Poplar I have Thomas's birth cert ... which gives his father as Daniel Williamson (Bricklayer/Journeyman) ... Can I find the twin's with Mum and Dad previous to 1881 ????? NO !! Any help would be appreciated. Spent a few hours last night and came up blank. Maurice Hallett married Jane Williamson Dec 1877 Marylebone So she MUST have been married to Daniel Williamson to start with ...but as yet I can't find THAT marriage either, but I'm off to look for marriage now. I won't respond straight away ... so please don't think I'm being ignorant - I'll be in amongst the Marriage Indexes !! I have the details from 1891 and 1901 census - thanks ...I'm TRYING to find Daniel Williamson and trace him backwards. If I can find Daniel with wife Jane and the twins on 1871 census, I may have a better idea of when/where he was born ???? Elaine ;-)
