thanks, i just found him on 1881 census on the lds site, is there any chance someone can find walters father in 1841 and 51 he was born abt 1830 in winchcombe glos his fathers name george haslum

(Perhaps he also played the organ at the weddings!!!) If you look at the 1901 pages for Winchcombe District 9, you will see that he was the census enumerator for that district. Presumably those pages including the description are in his handwriting. Jim
