Hi, I don't know if any of the above is still looking for Heaths born Inkpen. My great grand mother was Mary Heath born 1867 Droxford, Hants. She was the daughter of William Heath born 1836 Hungerford, Berks. He was the son of William Heath born 1811 Inkpen, Berks married to Eliza Franklin born 1814 Inkpen, Berks. William and Eliza married 5/10/1835 witnesses Edmund Franklin and May Gillman. All signed with X. The family are on the 1851 census living at Upper Green, William (1811), William (1836), George (1838),Henry (1840), all Ag Labs, James (1843), Charles (1845), Daniel (1848), Mary Jane (1851). Obviously I have traced my own branch of Heaths, but would be very interested to hear what happened to the rest of family. Hoping to hear from someone. [email protected].

Hi Reg Oooh that is definitely a very strong possibility!! I have as yet not got as far as William born 1811 in Inkpens parents or siblings that is something I am very very interested in. Although I havent as yet purely because I do not know how to get that information. ANy pointers you could give me about pre 1820s record finding would be much appreciated! Jenny

Oh im getting confused by this now! Think I might start the research from scratch on this branch tommorrow morning when I am a bit more with it! If he was a nephew of William Heath b1812 Inkpen he would be the child of a brother or sister of William. None of which I know any names for unfortuantly. Jenny

Hi I think I looked into the possibility that this could be the Henry I was looking for. However, I have found a birth reference for each of them and they are definitely two different people. Thanks anyways Jenny

To be honest Elizabeth could be from Timbuktu for all I know about her I have not even established her maiden name yet. I am just going by what the 1891 census says. Sorry I cannot really help clarify this information. Jenny

On 1871 there is a Henry Heath Hd 30 Carman Born Berks/Inkpen(although indexed as Ickford) Wife Mary Ann 27 Dressmaker born Stoke Poges Bucks Children Henry 6 Eliza 4 William 1 All children born Pimlico Middx Address is 133 Gatliff(?) Bldgs St Georges Sq Westminster What do you think?
