Hi. Looking for Charles Jacobs b. 1874 Dorset. He married Ada Teagne in Poole in 1895. Ada is with her children in Gillingham, Kent in 1901 but Charles is not shown. Can find no death listed. Is charles listed elsewhere? Any help appreciated. Dud.

I can´t see Ada on the 1901 - can you give the reference please - was she listed as married or widowed?

Hi. Its me again. Charles was born in Cranborne, Dorset The family I have on the 1901 reads Ada and children Maurice, Charles, Cyril and Owen. This does not tie up with Georginas find as the only child listed is a daughter Alice aged 2. Have I got the right family? Ada Lillian Teagne was definitely Charles wife. I'm totally confused now. Hi Georgina. Could be. The place of birth is wrong but that could have been a genuine mistake. Charles could have put down his home at that time. Age ties up well. If it is him it must have been a lucrative contract in Lincolnshire for him to travel that far to work. Dud.
