Looking for information on Cuckfield Hospital, Sussex. Can anyone tell me if there was more than 1 hospital in Cuckfield in 1940, also I have a Chownes Mead was this an address? Iris (B.C. Canada) |

Used to live near Cuckfield as far a I am aware only one hospital as a small place |

Hi Iris, As far as i'm aware, there was only the one hospital in Cuckfield. It closed in 1991.The hospital moved to the nearby town of Haywards Heath. Maxine ( ex Cuckfield patient) |
