Claire The age of the deceased is only as old as the informant tells the registra I'm afraid. They might not have known for sure.

i also knoe he died on the 24/9/1966 its very hard cos my family havent got pics and arent telling me much about him

Getting desperate now!... 1914 quarter 1 John Warburton Rotherham 9c-1657 Thats it! all of 1909-10-11-12-13-14-15-16. phew! I'd go for the John J warburton in 1910 if I were you. Good luck :-)) Gerri x

i think he got adopted.but kept the name waburton. so he might not have being born in doncaster.

I've looked at all 4 quarters of...1915-16 also 1909 and 1910. Closest I found was... John J Warburton 1910 Wigan Q4 8c-64 ...still looking...

Claire, have checked 1909, 1910 and 1911 births, I cannot see one born around doncaster at all, or nearby. Sorry Have you checked age on marriage cert as still-looking suggested?

Found a possible birth for Doris.. 1916 Q2 9c 1657 maybe 1667 (hard to read) Doncaster. Mothers maiden name..Williamson. ...still looking...

hello it was doncaster they lived i think doris was born in mexborough. i know they got married at don valley 1940.

doris bailey born 1916. married john james warburton.in 1940 at don valley. does anyone know who doris parents was called or johns. its not on marrige cert.
