In 1901, she was aged 19, which puts her birth at 1881/2............ I can't see her in 1891........she's not with John, Julia and family. Reg

Sarah Having children out of wedlock was certainly frowned upon.... But the birth would have been registered....it was compulsory after 1875. You asked for Gertrude Weston's birth, when clearly that wouldn't have been the name with which she was registered: see 1891 census which I have posted for you............ Look for Gertrude Clarke's birth..........go to Ancestry and search the full records...they are free. Reg
