Worse is when you get no acknowledgement at all............your left wondering if your hard work has helped or whether its confused them or whether they've gone back to the thread at all!! However those that we do recieve thanks from its a genuine pleasure to help you . Equally infuriating is receiving a message just a couple of hours after posting asking 'have you forgotten my lookup' or something similar. Sorry I have not polished my crystal ball today!!!! On the other hand there are those messages from folks that think your are the 'bees knees' and those make it all worthwhile!!
